The Opportunity

We're looking for a customer-focused superstar to join our Norton team as a Customer Service & Retail Sales Consultant, delivering comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support for Norton Livestock Handling Solutions products. You'll be a key link between Norton and our customers, providing exceptional service by addressing enquiries in person and over the phone.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Engage with customers in our retail space, assisting them as they explore product displays.
  • Collaborate with the on-site manufacturing team and manage quotes and orders in the office.
  • Conduct on-site measures for custom products at customer properties as part of the sales service.
  • Provide information about product ranges and own the customer journey from start to finish—helping customers select products, entering quotes, processing transactions in MYOB, and coordinating delivery.
The Fit

We're looking for an enthusiastic team player with strong customer service experience and some exposure to a manufacturing environment. You'll be committed to delivering high standards of customer service and able to collaborate with various stakeholders.

You'll Thrive In This Role If You Have
  • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of livestock equipment or the agricultural industry is advantageous.
  • Full, clean drivers' license.
