Our services include Digital transformation, Experience design, Supply chain optimisation and Workforce planning. We are technology agnostic, however, we have deep expertise in UiPath, BluePrism, Microsoft Stack, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Anaplan.
After five years of triple digit growth, this role is super important to supporting our next stage of strategic growth. Reporting to our Head of People Experience, this is an opportunity to step into a newly created role and make it your own
No day will be the same, and will include:
- General office ordination of Melbourne & Sydney offices
- stationary & office supplies
- liaising with building management and suppliers
- ensuring office-related invoices are approved and sent to finance for payment
- ensuring the offices are a welcoming & engaging space for team
- booking couriers and manage deliveries
- Administration
- Support as required for Managing Director / Head of Clients
- Co-ordination and preparation of monthly management reports
- Assistance with accounts receivable and expense management
- Team travel co-ordination
- Monitoring travel requests
- Booking approved flights and accommodation
- Recording and managing flight credits
- Events
- in conjunction with People Experience coordinating team social events
- assisting sales team re attendance at industry conferences and forums
**What do you have?**
You are highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, communication is one of your super powers and you thrive in a busy role which needs you to be proactive. Experience in a similar role is important, MSO365 skills a must and if you have experience in a professional services environment a bonus
