Our client is a community focused organisation, based in the Inner West. An opportunity has become available for an experienced Administration Co-ordinator, to commence contract employment with an immediate start.

**About the role**
Reporting into the General Manager, you will be required to provide administrative support to the General Manager as well as providing support and assistance to the broader business. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

This role will offer exposure to the hospitality industry within a supportive team environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Answering telephone and taking general enquiries
- Booking meeting rooms and calendar management
- Managing a busy inbox
- Maintain internal database system
- Data entry into MYOB
- Editing and formatting documents
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Supporting staff and managers with other administrative tasks

**About you**
Essential skills and experience include:

- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team
- Understanding and previous experience working with MYOB
- Prior experience within the customer service industry is desirable

To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially savvy Administration Co-ordinator who works with a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times. You will be proactive in your approach with the ability to work to tight deadlines and use your initiative to pre-empt management commitments, priorities, and deliverables.
