**_The Role _**

We're the sort of company where we expect everyone to chip in when and where required. Flexibility and Culture are king here. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant, your core responsibilities will include:

- Conducting scoping workshops, leading functional analysis and design discussions, advising customers on the use of the solutions based on best practices and actively listening to understand the why behind decisions.
- Identifying and documenting gaps between standard processes and customers' business processes.
- Configuring Microsoft Dynamics modules to meet customers' requirements.
- Working with the development team on testing and implementation of modifications.
- Creating training materials, provide functional training and support for customers.
- You will also have the opportunity to broaden your capabilities by being part of the region's fastest-growing Dynamics team where new strategic projects are happening all the time.

**_What We Expect: _**

We are looking for an experienced CRM consultant, based in Perth, Western Australia. That might mean experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or elite Customer Relationship Management skills on another platform. We're also looking for people with qualifications and practical skills in CRM or Microsoft Power Platform.

Fundamentally, we will expect you to bring your professional values and ethics together with an optimistic and informed attitude. We want you to display passion for our customers and what they are trying to achieve.

You will have excellent Business Analysis skills, be resourceful, motivated to learn and open to new ideas and technologies.
