About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform developer to support our core business systems in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 via Power Apps, including forms, workflows, reports, and security roles.
  • Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOT MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 CRM ENVIRONMENTS.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the business.
  • Achieve continuous improvement by streamlining systems.
  • Document technical information and communicate verbally with colleagues.
  • Utilize advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Requirements

  • Technical experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 via Power Apps, including forms, workflows, reports, and security roles.
  • Proficiency in using Power Automate and Power Apps for automation and application development.
  • Experience developing interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Able to support and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
