Senior Dynamics 365 Developer Job Description

Overview:

The Australian Energy Market Operator is seeking a skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to drive innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize integrations between Sensei Project Portfolio Management, Dynamics 365 FinOps, and CRM
  • Develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements
  • Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability

Requirements:

Proven experience configuring, customizing, and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions in complex enterprise environments is essential. Demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei PPM with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM is also required.
