About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 developer to drive innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. The role will focus on integrating Sensei PPM with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM, configuring, customising and enhancing these platforms to deliver reliable, scalable and secure business solutions that streamline customer, financial and project portfolio processes.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimising integrations between Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM to enable seamless data flow across project, financial and customer processes. Additionally, you will develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins and custom applications using Power Platform tools.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience configuring, customising and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions in a complex enterprise environment. Demonstrated expertise in integrating Sensei PPM with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM is also essential. Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations and reports is required.

Furthermore, collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements is crucial. System performance monitoring, troubleshooting and implementing fixes or improvements are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating Sensei PPM with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
