About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to drive innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, customising and enhancing Dynamics 365 platforms to deliver reliable, scalable and secure business solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimising integrations between Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM, developing and maintaining automation, workflows, plug-ins and custom applications using Power Platform tools.

Additionally, you will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.


Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience configuring, customising and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei PPM with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations and reports.
  • Experience designing, implementing and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, workflows and API-based connections.
  • Proficient in custom development for Dynamics 365, including plug-ins, scripts and form customisations.
