We are currently seeking energetic and bubbly individuals with a passion for service to join our team as Floor Hosts. As a Floor Host, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers feel welcome and have an unforgettable experience at our café

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure prompt seating
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently
- Assist in managing reservations and walk-in guests
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall guest satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
