Job Overview

The Workplace Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a high-performing team of hosts to deliver an exceptional welcome experience and customer service, meeting all client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hosts to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage VIP meet and greet services for visitors to the Executive Floor.
  • Embrace challenges as opportunities for innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Drive results and deliver under pressure.
  • Lead with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Coordinate moving parts and ensure smooth operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to ensure maximum cleanliness and security.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years experience in Workplace, hospitality, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing a team, rostering, delegation in Workplace Operations.
  • Experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to be discreet and demonstrate confidentiality when required.
  • Professional C-suite engagement skills.
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Capable of learning and adapting to new systems.
  • Maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Hands-on leader who is willing to get involved in all aspects of operations.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and implements creative solutions.
