Job Title: Host Professional

We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to fill this role. In this position, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers in a courteous manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.
  • Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Serve tables and clear dirty dishes.
  • Replenish supplies, such as napkins, silverware, and condiments.
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns and complaints.
  • Follow all company procedures.
