About Maison Bâtard
Maison Bâtard is a celebration of modern French culture which has been imagined uniquely for Melbourne in a nod to the city's golden era of hospitality. Careful and meticulous restoration has transformed the landmark heritage site at 23 Bourke Street into a four-level haven of immersive, French-accented dining and celebratory experiences; including a showpiece restaurant spanning the lower two floors, a late-night supper club in the basement and an elegant rooftop terrace.

Home to Australia's most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society, Grill Americano, Tombo Den, Carlotta & Maison Batârd. The opportunity
We are looking for the industry's finest Hosts to join our team. Be the face of Melbourne's most anticipated restaurant. You will have experience in liaising with high-profile clientele, immaculate presentation and attention to detail.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Experience as a Host in a premium venue
Experience with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK or similar
Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
A valid RSA certificate
