This role will include a fully maintained tool of trade, phone and tablet.

As a Territory Manager in our Nestlé Professional team, you will have the opportunity to work with leading brands such as Maggi, Buitoni, Nescafe, and Milo, delivering culinary food service solutions and coffee products. You will work across several of our priority channels within Food Service such as, Pub & Clubs, Hotels, Cafe's, Healthcare and Workplace.
**TRAVEL**
- You will be responsible for visiting clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- Travelling to around Western Melbourne, Geelong, Surf Coast and surround
- Willingness to travel regionally approximately once every 4 weeks.
- Area is traveling from Metro western Victoria to Western Regional Victoria regions
- We value face-to-face interactions with our customers, and your current unrestricted driver's license will enable you to visit them effectively.
- You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
- Attending industry conferences and participating in sales meetings.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...**
Reporting to State Field Sales Manager, you will take ownership for a portfolio of established customers as well as seeking new opportunities to grow their businesses. Key responsibilities include
- Act as the brand ambassador for existing customers and develop new business in the Western Melbourne/Victoria region.
- Work across various priority channels such as Pub & Clubs, Hotels, Cafes, Healthcare, and Workplace.
- Take ownership of a portfolio of established customers while seeking new opportunities to grow their businesses.
- Maintain accurate CRM data entry and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Deliver sales targets and drive business growth in a high-pressure and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with a positive and respectful team, taking ownership of your territory.
**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets and developing relationships with customers.
- This is an autonomous role so drive and resilience are key.
- Knowledge or experience in the foodservice industry is advantageous.
- You'll also be tech savvy; in other words, proficient in using Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to facilitate and lead training sessions.
- As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and can adapt your communication style.
