Collaborating with teams across the business and wider network, this role ensures the consistent achievement of high standards through data-informed insights, effective coaching, and a steadfast commitment to continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety culture, operational resilience, and process reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to ensure processes are built, refined and trained in a way that ensures adoption and KPIs are met.
Review operations-based processes to ensure continuous improvement and embedment across the network.
Ensure that the Centre Managers voice is at the forefront of all processes that have an impact on network and seek feedback and insights from network to understand current trends and areas of opportunity.
Provide clear and consistent resources and communications for network to support in implementing processes as they relate to safety & compliance Operationalise the data being brought forward from various support & leadership teams as they relate to safety & compliance into a usable format for our Centre network to drive meaningful actions.
Where applicable translate these actions into ongoing rhythms captured within the playbook.
Lead and maintain responsibility for the timekeeping process; its ongoing enhancements, and how this process is built and maintained within the time & attendance system.
About YouGood Excel knowledge Sector experience preferred Exposure to and knowledge of modern awards and regulations for ECEC Experience with T&A systems - UKG experience preferred Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
