An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced project manager to join our Head Office in Broadbeach in the newly created role of **Business Improvement Manager.**

Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, this role will deliver real change improvement across our Australia brand portfolio of dnata catering & retail, snapfresh, and marhaba.

In this role, you will be a key player in developing and implementing the strategic projects collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure optimisation and alignment across the business to drive long term success.

**What are your responsibilities?**
- Develop business improvement strategy of dnata C&R by continually reviewing both the strategic and operational practices and processes, identifying more innovative, efficient, practical, and productive ways of conducting the business, including but not limited to resource/equipment planning, financial analysis, long-term planning, operations, and other related issues.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying/adapting key operational indicators using a data driven approach to optimise processes and procedures.
- Support the leadership team to develop business strategy, identify priority projects and identify performance improvement opportunities resulting in measurable change.
- Ensure each project meet business requirements and that anticipated benefits are realised within time, cost, scope, and budget.
- Prioritisation of strategic initiatives with clearly defined project standards and processes relating to governance, documentation, reporting and delivery and well defined and maintained.
- Review project deliverables and implement standards to improve quality and business capabilities.
- Manage defined project portfolio and liaise with cross functional stakeholders to ensure engagement and communication of key project deliverables.
- Develop and deliver industry best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Review, design, implement and maintain strategic productivity improvements.
- Provide direction and support to business units to developer business improvement initiatives.

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**

- Bachelor of Project Management or similar certification would be preferred.
- Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale projects in a corporate setting is required.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to initiate projects, work independently and flexibly, build consensus among team members, manage competing priorities, and meet project deadlines.
- Proven success in the implementation and operationalisation of a strategic plan.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels, and within a wide variety of disciplines.
- Strong financial and commercial understanding and focus.
