We are seeking an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment as our next Operational Support Manager.

Bankstown Sports Club is a leading and innovative registered club, employing over 580 staff, and boasting a membership of 170,000.

The role plays a key part in ensuring customer service excellence, employee engagement and development, effective cost controls and innovative strategy development.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader, motivated and passionate about joining the day-to-day management team. They will take charge in ensuring:

  • a work environment that promotes teamwork and recognition
  • the provision of customer service excellence to members and guests
  • the efficient and effective running of the club
  • leading, developing and motivating staff
  • performance management
  • compliance with Federal, State & Local laws and regulations
  • management of RSA and RCG on the premises
  • Work Health & Safety responsibilities
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • previous management experience, preferably in hospitality
  • a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • a willingness to build long-term relationships with customers
  • impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
  • demonstrable ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • flexibility to work a rotating roster
