- About the role:
- Overseeing all mailroom activities including receipt, sorting and distribution- Booking couriers in adherence to certain event/release schedules- Acting as the key point of contact for staff and couriers- Processing mail receipt and distribution in a timely and accurate manner- Efficient and effective streamlining of mailroom processes and procedures- Actioning timely investigations for any outstanding mail- Ensuring courier compliance with security measures
- About you
- Minimum level of education - HSC or equivalent.
- Strong organisational skills - the ability to multi-task is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail, who is proactive in identifying and troubleshooting issues
- Ability to quickly pick up and learn how to use process/systems.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- An interest in music is a must have
