**About the role**
The successful applicant will be required to take the full reign of our accounts receivable, credit control and credit management functions to ensure that the business is protected. Key duties would include, but not limited to assessing potential customers' creditworthiness, conducting reviews and credit checks on new and existing clients to mitigate risk whilst optimising sales by making informed decisions on credit limits, timeframes and structures.

This role also requires a heavy focus on accounts receivable reconciliation and a commitment to providing genuine and consistent customer service to our wide array of clients.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

- Responsibility of the end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Credit Control processes
- Timely collection of customer account payments within strict specified terms
- Preparation and distribution of Statements
- Prepare and maintain Debtors Reporting - daily & monthly as required by the Group Financial Controller
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Essential to your success, you will require the following skills and attributes:

- Solid experience in a high-volume Credit Control function
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi task
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Exceptional reconciliation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Willingness to drive continuous improvement
- The ability to work as part of a team, contribute ideas and knowledge share
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Impeccable time management and attention to detail skills coupled with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional image
