Job Role Summary

The primary objective of this corporate property management position is to provide strategic support and coordination for a diverse commercial property estate. This encompasses multiple offices, retail units, industrial facilities, and specialized properties.

  • Strategic management of landlord communications and lease obligations.
  • Regular liaison with tenants to address various responsibilities.
  • Coordinating and resolving third-party requirements and disputes.
  • Strategic management of the sublet estate.
  • Planning, conducting, and reporting on inspections.
  • Maintenance of accurate property files.
  • Ensuring data integrity and regular reporting on the client property database.
  • Management of specialist service partners across a portfolio of properties.
  • Quality assurance of reporting and recommendations from subject matter experts.
  • Carrying out routine Lease Advisory and Agency work.
  • Monitoring and updating the client helpdesk.
  • Coordination of quarterly tenant meetings.
  • Performance management of contractors and service providers.
  • Contributing to premises planning, development, and monitoring.
  • Compilation of data and reporting on H&S and Environmental performance.
  • Audit investigation and reporting, and assistance with co-ordination of insurance claims.
  • Invoice processing.

Required Skills Include:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
