Chief Operating Officer - Key Roles in Scaling E-commerce Growth and Operations Leadership
Job Description:
Sustainable Bedding Global Leader seeks accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee global operations, drive e-commerce growth, and maintain manufacturing excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for sustainability and regenerative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Growth: Drive revenue growth through collaboration with the e-commerce and marketing team, while ensuring alignment with brand values and customer-first approach.
End-to-End Operations Leadership: Oversee the growth of e-commerce and B2B sales, ensuring all manufacturing operations run effectively and align with global e-commerce and sales growth.
Facility Expansion: Lead strategic planning for ramping up new factories and existing facilities to ensure smooth integration into existing operations.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Ensure effective sales forecasting, production forecasting, and seamless sales growth by aligning departments on volumes.
Retail Integration: Partner with retail teams to fulfill customer demands and brand promises across Australia, New Zealand, and the US.
Systems & Processes: Strengthen ERP systems, data-driven reporting, and operational procedures to scale efficiently.
Leadership & Culture: Manage and mentor diverse management teams, building accountability and innovation culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
Proven track record as COO, GM - Operations, or related senior leadership role, ideally within e-commerce + manufacturing.
Deep operational expertise in e-commerce operations and scaling, preferably with international exposure.
Strong experience scaling e-commerce revenue and fulfillment from internal facilities, working cross-functionally across teams.
Commercial acumen to balance operational execution with cost efficiency across departments.
Passion for sustainability, regenerative practices, and building positive global impact.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to work across cultures and geographies.
