As our ideal candidate, you will excel in managing day-to-day e-commerce operations across regions (AU, US, CA, UK, NZ, Asia), owning revenue targets by developing strategies that drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage exceptional shopping experiences across regions through strategic product categorization, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead UX/UI optimisation projects to enhance conversion rates, navigation, and usability, ensuring seamless checkout processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver engaging online campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Oversee site merchandising, product placement, and fulfillment procedures, streamlining customer journey and experience.
  • Monitor and report on site performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies resulting in increased revenue.
  • Ensure regular refreshes of email & SMS flows to maintain best-in-class standards.
  • Maintain alignment between online and offline retail channels for a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years' experience managing e-commerce in retail, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • Proven success driving measurable growth through UX/UI improvements.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Shopify Plus (or similar).
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with confidence in GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A balance of creative thinking and commercial results focus.
  • Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Design—or equivalent experience.
