Scaling Global E-Commerce Excellence

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled E-Commerce leader to join our global team. As the Head of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for leading our online retail operations across multiple regions, overseeing channel performance, budgets, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale E-Commerce portfolios, with experience in driving decision-making through data, cross-functional leadership, and commercial acumen.
You will manage three senior specialists (Performance, CRM, Digital & CRO) while reporting into the CMO. Your role will also involve building and growing a wider team around these functions, ensuring collaboration and alignment across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a large, global E-Commerce portfolio across 8+ regions.
- Own budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability for the department.
- Drive decision-making through data, with a razor-sharp eye for insights, performance levers, and ROI.
- Manage and mentor three direct reports:
- Performance Manager – leading paid media, acquisition, performance creative, and analytics.
- CRM Manager – owns email, SMS, and retention marketing.
- Digital & CRO Manager – responsible for website performance, customer journey, and conversion rate optimization.
- Build and grow a wider team around these functions, ensuring collaboration and alignment across channels.
- Partner with the CMO and wider leadership team to align channel performance with brand and business goals.
- Ensure flawless execution across platforms, markets, and campaigns, keeping us at the forefront of global DTC retail.
- Proven E-Commerce retail leader: You've managed large-scale online businesses and know what world-class looks like.
- Data-driven to your core: You thrive on numbers, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Strong people manager: You've directly led senior specialists before and know how to get the best out of Performance, CRM, and CRO functions.
- Commercially sharp: You understand how to balance growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Experience built from time on the tools: You're highly familiar and experienced with Shopify and know your way around Meta & Google ads manager and other third-party analytics platforms.
