This role will be based at our client head office in the Perth CBD, focusing on resourcing, planning and coordinating activities for our Offshore project.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:* Flexible working hours* Working from home* Site travel opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:* Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements* Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
* Development and coordination of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution* Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans* Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, considering materials, resourcing and equipment procurement* Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAPWhat you'll bring:* Australian Trade certificate in Electrotechnology, Communications or equivalent (essential)* Electrical licence - Restricted or above (Highly desirable)* Knowledge of the Inspection and Calibration of Telecoms systems such as PA/GA, Telephony, LAN, Radio, CCTV, Meteorological, Entertainment* Extensive working knowledge and experience with SAP PM or other CMMS Systems* Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)* Experience in certified equipment and hazardous areas (EEHA inspection)* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels* Full Australian working rights (with no limitations)Life at MonadelphousThere's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
