This role involves coordinating telecommunications activities for an offshore project.
The ideal candidate will have experience in resourcing, planning, and coordinating activities.
- Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors to obtain specific information related to onshore maintenance requirements.
- Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information as required.
- Develop and coordinate work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards.
- Oversee the full spectrum of planning, considering materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.
- Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.
Requirements:
- Australian Trade certificate in Electrotechnology, Communications, or equivalent (essential).
- Electrical licence – Restricted or above (Highly desirable).
- Knowledge of the inspection and calibration of telecom systems such as PA / GA, Telephony, LAN, Radio, CCTV, Meteorological, Entertainment.
- Extensive working knowledge and experience with SAP PM or other CMMS systems.
- Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel).
- Experience in certified equipment and hazardous areas (EEHA inspection).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
- Full Australian working rights (with no limitations).
