Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Telecommunications Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Offshore project.

This position will be based at our client head office in Perth and will focus on ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive working knowledge and experience with SAP PM or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, as well as proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel). Additionally, they should have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels.

The successful candidate will also possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, including inspection and calibration of telecoms systems such as PA/GA, Telephony, LAN, Radio, CCTV, Meteorological, and Entertainment. They will work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements.

  • Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
  • Development and coordination of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
  • Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
  • Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, considering materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.

The Telecommunications Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.
