Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Coordinator to join our energy team. This role will be based at our client head office in the Perth CBD, focusing on resourcing, planning, and coordinating activities for our Offshore project.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information related to onshore maintenance requirements.
  2. Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
  3. Develop and coordinate work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
  4. Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to the implementation of maintenance execution plans.
  5. Oversee the full spectrum of planning, considering materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.
  6. Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.
What you'll bring :
  1. Australian Trade certificate in Electrotechnology, Communications, or equivalent (essential).
  2. Electrical licence – Restricted or above (Highly desirable).
  3. Knowledge of the inspection and calibration of telecom systems such as PA / GA, Telephony, LAN, Radio, CCTV, Meteorological, Entertainment.
  4. Extensive working knowledge and experience with SAP PM or other CMMS systems.
  5. Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel).
  6. Experience in certified equipment and hazardous areas (EEHA inspection).
  7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
  8. Full Australian working rights (with no limitations).
