The role of the Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences, meeting sales and profitability goals, effectively managing employees, and working closely with our General Manager to ensure continued growth and development.

This is a challenging role, suited to experienced industry professionals.

Key Requirements of the Role:

- Experience in managing a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality venue
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Ability to calmly manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of organisation
- Experience and ability to manage staff
- Experience in preparing employee rosters, and ordering
- Strong focus on food and beverage service
- Ability to follow budgets
- Able to think laterally
- Able to implement growth strategies and improve revenue
- Preferably, proficient in using Square
