Cowes Mitre 10 are currently seeking go getter to join the team as the Trade Manager. Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership to the Trade Yard to maximise sales, minimise costs and create an environment that promotes individual growth and development for our employees, as well as safety being part of your day to day culture.

You will have previous leadership experience preferably in a busy store environment where you will inspire, empower and build capacity within your people and their roles. Your attention to detail and understanding of stock flow principles will feed our pipeline and control costs. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, as well as having a passion for customer service will put you in a good position to achieve goals and see you deliver sales targets and KPI's.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the team to deliver sales targets and KPI's
- Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors within the yard
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation of products in order to maximise sales and exceed customer service expectations
- Oversee the coordination of drivers and deliveries
- Provide accurate product advice to trade customers and fellow staff

- Demonstrate a strong customer focus and competently deal with customer queries
- Ability to be available for work across the week
