Trade Service Manager
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing trade services across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity to take your skills and experience to the next level and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client consultations at residential homes to scope potential trade services;
- Estimate trade work and prepare accurate and timely quotations for standard and bespoke trade services;
- Supervise trade services ensuring they are completed to budget and on time;
- Conduct site visits to inspect and sign off on all completed work and resolve any customer issues with trade services;
- Build relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers, engage with them to monitor all aspects of trades work.
Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Trade Service Manager who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in estimating various trade jobs where rapid and reliable trade turnaround is required.
Some essential requirements include:
- An in-depth understanding of industry rates and sub-contractor costs;
- Competency in computer skills, including Microsoft suite;
- A valid driver's license.
Project Management: The successful candidate will have the ability to identify and promote areas of growth within the Division and assist in setting and achieving annual and monthly targets.
