WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

As our Trading Manager, you'll own the delivery of trading outputs across multiple clients and channels including TV, OOH, Radio, Print and Digital. You'll lead negotiations with media partners, manage campaign buying with accuracy and optimise activity against agreed KPIs. You'll play a central role in maintaining strong supplier relationships, identifying added-value opportunities and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and in full. Day to day, you'll mentor and coach juniors, manage tracking and reporting, and collaborate with Planning and Client teams to align on outcomes. You'll also contribute to agency pitches and ensure trading outputs meet the highest standard across every campaign.

  • 3+ years of media trading
  • The ability to identify value-add opportunities
  • Confidence using eTam and eRam to analyse TV and Radio ratings
  • Experience with MOVE to plan and optimise Out-of-Home campaigns
  • The ability to use Roy Morgan insights for Print and Digital recommendations
  • Proficiency with SMD for bookings, budget tracking and post-campaign reconciliation
  • Hands-on knowledge of media partner portals to track proposals, insights and channel trends
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for budgets, calendars and performance reporting
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
