Overview

The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Melbourne team. The role focuses on managing and growing agency accounts, delivering client value, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success. What you'll do
  • Manage and grow a roster of key agency accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Trading team to rapidly grow the existing portfolio and onboard new customers.
  • Work with Business Development to identify opportunities to expand current accounts.
  • Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform and provide clients with best-practice insights to improve campaigns.
  • Provide continual training to clients as new features are added.
  • Partner with Product Management to define features and drive platform enhancements.
  • Help build the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer-facing guides.
What you bring to the table
  • 6+ years of online advertising and client-facing experience.
  • Solid technical background, ideally with experience at another DSP, SSP, online publisher, agency, MarTech provider or related role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage difficult client conversations and deliver excellent service.
  • Proven proficiency in Excel and MS Office with the ability to use large datasets to build presentations and derive insights and strategy recommendations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of growing accounts by building strong client relationships and aligning objectives with effective strategies.
  • Effective time management and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
