The role
Our client is a well-established, leading property developer who are in the final stages of completion of their flagship high-end luxury residential development in Flemington which will see it bring best-in-class amenities and services to its residents.
With the first occupants due to move in 3 months, we are looking to recruit a polished and professional
Senior Concierge
to curate, cultivate and elevate the resident experience.
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be overseeing day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth building operations and act as a point of contact for residents.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day front of house, greeting all residents and visitors.
Act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding move-in logistics, amenities bookings, and general day-to-day queries (including deliveries, mail, dry cleaning).
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and promptness, understanding points of escalation.
Monitor building access and maintain security protocols.
Report maintenance issues or building concerns promptly and manage building management platforms/systems.
Identify opportunities and ways to elevate the resident experience by reviewing feedback, interacting with tenants, and identifying new trends.
Assist with reporting and documentation related to building operations and resident engagement.
Liaise with the Owner's Corporation (OC).
Support the Senior Facilities Manager as required with day-to-day operational requirements
Who are we looking for?
2 years' minimum experience in a similar high-end concierge or front of house role within hotels, residential apartments or commercial setting.
Forensic attention to detail
An exceptional and immaculate focus on personal grooming and appearance
Strong verbal and written communication
Customer centric mindset
Proficient in MS Office and Building Management System (WeWumbo) (preferred not essential)
Desire to learn and grow professionally

Full-time on-site
There will be some requirement to work every other weekend and public holidays (this will be discussed in detail during the interview process)
