Position Summary

As a Concierge, you will be the go-to person for personalized service, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay. From arranging special services to sharing insider knowledge of the local area, you will help transform a stay into an experience worth remembering.
Responsibilities
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, dining reservations, or dry cleaning
Handle unique guest needs and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, special events, and activities in the surrounding area
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns
Coordinate with other departments, such as Housekeeping or Bell Services, to resolve guest requests quickly and effectively
Monitor the club lounge, ensuring seating availability, guest comfort, safety, and service quality
Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation for smooth handovers between shifts
Deliver warm, genuine guest service that reflects Marriott's brand standards and commitment to excellence
About You
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to remain professional and composed while handling multiple guest requests
Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful guest connections
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting team goals
No prior experience required, but a background in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
