From arranging special services to sharing insider knowledge of the local area, you will help transform a stay into an experience worth remembering.

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, dining reservations, or dry cleaning
• Handle unique guest needs and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
• Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, special events, and activities in the surrounding area
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Housekeeping or Bell Services, to resolve guest requests quickly and effectively
• Monitor the club lounge, ensuring seating availability, guest comfort, safety, and service quality
• Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation for smooth handovers between shifts
• Deliver warm, genuine guest service that reflects Marriott's brand standards and commitment to excellence

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to remain professional and composed while handling multiple guest requests
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful guest connections
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting team goals
• No prior experience required, but a background in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
