Troocoo are excited to have partnered with our client and work with them on an exciting new project. Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their team and looking to hire multiple Customer Service Officers to join the organisation immediately. **About the role**:
As a Customer Service Officer, you are representing the client as the frontline of the business. You will be tasked with handling both general and complex enquiries across a range of divisions. Through attention to detail and active listening you will troubleshoot or resolve all enquiries while demonstrating the highest level of customer service.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist current and potential customers with day-to-day banking needs and mortgage pre-qualification
- $24.76 per hour + Super & Penalty rates (penalty rates for work performed after 7pm weekdays & weekends)
- Full Time role, 38 hours per week
- Operational hours are Monday - Sunday 8am - 10pm
- Actively listen to the enquiries and assess Customer Needs, requirements, entitlements, and obligations
- Assist customer with online services and promote the use of self-managed digital services
- Liaise with both internal and external originations to provide relevant support to customers dealing with various circumstances
- Ongoing training and support are offered to help you succeed in the position.

**About you**:

- Must be 18+
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in the use of computers and systems
- Keen to learn and take on coaching and feedback
- Ability to handle high volume call
- Some calls may be more sensitive than others, so emotional intelligence and compassion is vital

**Must haves**:

- Availability during operational hours, Monday - Sunday 8am - 10pm
- Shifts work on a rotating 4-week roster
- Need to have a valid visa and full working rights in Australia
- Must be willing to undergo a financial background check
