We seek an accomplished Broker Relationship Leader to shape strategic partnerships with key brokers. As the primary point of contact, you will foster engagement across all business lines and develop multi-faceted relationships.
Manage a portfolio of brokers and establish in-depth knowledge of their operations to identify opportunities for strategic and transactional growth.
Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and risk management teams to deliver our value proposition across various segments.
Drive communication, transparency, and accountability throughout broker relationships and internal teams.
Analyse competitor intelligence and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Design and embed multi-tiered relationship frameworks across relevant lines and segments.
Represent the organisation at industry events and ensure consistent messaging in partnership with marketing and leadership.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role.
ANZIIF CIP membership or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of underwriting and claims processes.
Proven ability to build long-term business relationships and develop strategic plans.
Experience in relationship/strategic selling, preferably within insurance.
Operational management experience and a passion for driving business growth.
