Broker Partnership Leader Role

Establish a strong network of strategic partnerships with key brokers by fostering engagement across all business lines and developing multi-faceted relationships. Manage a portfolio of brokers, analysing their operations to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of broker operations to drive strategic and transactional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and risk management teams to deliver the value proposition across various segments.
  • Drive communication, transparency, and accountability throughout broker relationships and internal teams.
  • Analyse competitor intelligence and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and ensure consistent messaging in partnership with marketing and leadership.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role.
  • ANZIIF CIP membership or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of underwriting and claims processes.
  • Proven ability to build long-term business relationships and develop strategic plans.
  • Experience in relationship/strategic selling, preferably within insurance.
  • Operational management experience and a passion for driving business growth.
