**Company Overview**

**Role Overview**

This role ensures availability and resilience of the cloud platform. Collaborate with Consumers and Administration Engineering Teams to ensure opportunities are maximised in delivering superior service.

**Responsibilities**
- Provides level 1 and 2 operational services, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving Cloud incidents.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build capabilities that support strategic work practices such as DevOps and Agile
- Monitor and resolve automated system alerts and alarms
- Recommend automated monitoring enhancements
- Coordinates resolution activities with IT groups across systems and platforms.

**Skills & Experience**
- AWS Certification for AWS Cloud operating environment
- Experience in a Systems Administration/Engineering function, encompassing Cloud Services.
- Understanding and practical experience maintaining and administering Pivotal Cloud Foundry/AWS Platforms.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure and Application monitoring tools such as Splunk, App Dynamics.
- Experience with micro services such as ECS Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway
- Experience with Cloud Formation and Puppet
- Experience with IAM policies and S3 bucket policies
- Understanding of either of the programming/scripting language such as shell, python, java or node
- The ability to communicate effectively with business and technology teams.
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
