**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:
My client is a leading cloud-based health platform, used by thousands of practitioners and patients in over 130 countries. Based on the SaaS platform, their software enables health practitioners to deliver essential services to the community.

**ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE**:
We are looking for 3 Service & Operations Specialists to provide
**strong previous experience in resolving complex issues/processes**, attention to detail and a curious mind. It will be an advantage if you come from a SaaS background. Whilst this is not a technical role, you will need to have some technical ability to understand the system and its capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

- 3rd party integrations for different platforms
- assisting with resolving software / account / reporting issues and other queries related to sales, onboarding, payment processing, calendar integrations, system functionality, etc.
- suggesting process improvements
- reviewing and analysing service reports
- providing great customer service and support to clients

**SALARY PACKAGE**:
A salary range between
**Australian Citizen** or have
**Australian Permanent Residency**.
