**Job location**

Forensicare is the statutory agency responsible for the provision of adult forensic mental health services across Victoria. We address the needs of people experiencing mental health issues, the mental health sector, the justice sector and the general community. These services are delivered through inpatient services at Thomas Embling Hospital, community services through the Community Forensic Mental Health Service and prison-based services at several locations. This position will be based at Fairfield and will be required to work across all Forensicare sites.

**About the Role**:
The NDIS Project Lead will work closely with key stakeholders to develop a framework for Forensicare's interface with the NDIS and related disability service needs.This role will sit in the Forensicare Social Work Service and work with NDIS Coordinators at Forensicare toengage range of staff and teams across Forensicare.**Duties**:

- Develop and implement a service mapping and consultative processes with key stakehoders (internal and external) to ensure design, functional and operational requirements are met.
- Develop and coordinate project plans, manage and deliver project reporting, and lead all streams of the project.
- Work with the NDIS Coordinators and other senior staff to improve systems for access and utilisation of the NDIS across Forensicare.

- Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, forensic disabilty and forensic mental health service systems.

**COVID19 & Influenza Vaccination Evidence**

Under the Victorian Public Health orders, all employees working within the Public Health system must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza and are required to provide acceptable evidence of their vaccination status. The current orders require evidence of three doses for COVID-19.
