Project Lead for NDIS Service Development

Key responsibilities include developing a service mapping and consultative process with key stakeholders to ensure design, functional, and operational requirements are met.

  • Develop and implement project plans, manage project reporting, and lead all streams of the project.
  • Work collaboratively with senior staff to improve systems for access and utilisation of the NDIS across Forensicare's organisational scope.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term role based at Fairfield. You will be part of a culture where people matter, with excellent supervision and investment in skill development.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industry standards and sound project coordination skills, with a demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, forensic disability, and forensic mental health service systems.

You will also have the ability to engage proactively with stakeholders, point-of-care staff, and teams across multiple work areas, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
