Key NDIS Business Manager Role

A senior position is available for an experienced NDIS Business Manager to lead and drive business growth and services.

About the Key Responsibilities:
  • Reports directly to the Director of Disability & Social Services, collaborating on key strategic initiatives and stakeholder management.
  • Drive business growth through effective networking, partnerships, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Provide expertise to support clients transitioning into NDIS, leveraging in-depth understanding of the pricing guide and regulatory environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience working within the NDIS framework, with a strong understanding of the NDIS Rules, Practice Standards, and Code of Conduct.
  • Strong business acumen, enabling effective decision making and driving business intelligence activities, data collection, contract management, and analysis.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Disability or Community Services.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check.
