NDIS Therapies Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to lead our NDIS Therapeutic Services in providing high-quality services to individuals with psychosocial disability.

Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Adult NDIS Therapeutic services, developing and operating the team, and overseeing direct line management of staff. They will focus on ensuring excellent service delivery, integrated treatment planning, and supervision of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational management and effective service delivery
  • Develop systems to engage clients, families, and referring agencies
  • Oversee billable hours and client satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships and promote NDIS services to key stakeholders
  • Lead case reviews and practice review activities
Requirements
  • Leadership experience with coaching and mentoring skills
  • Service delivery and high-level supervision skills
  • Clinical skills in Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy
  • Ability to build rapport with staff, clients, and external partnerships
  • Sound knowledge of the NDIS sector and reforms
  • Understanding of the Social Model of Health
