We're seeking an
Estimator
to join our growing Building & Maintenance team at our new Head Office. This role is focused on preparing accurate and timely quotes across:
Commercial maintenance works
– working closely with our Commercial Building Manager
Commercial fit-out projects and large-scale commercial work
Residential extensions and larger renovations
– working closely with our Managing Director of Jewelbic Building
This position will suit an
experienced estimator
or a
trade-qualified professional (e.g. carpenter)
or someone with a strong construction knowledge who wants to step off the tools into a full-time estimating role.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing accurate cost estimates and quotes from scopes provided by managers
Reviewing drawings, plans, and specifications
Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor pricing
Supporting tender submissions and variations
What we're looking for:
Experience as an Estimator
or
trade background with strong construction knowledge
Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes
Good attention to detail and numbers-driven approach
Organised and reliable, with a willingness to learn
