Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and take-offs across building works, focusing on wall and ceiling linings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret building plans to prepare detailed take-offs for various building elements, concentrating on wall and ceiling systems.
  • Estimate costs of materials, labor and subcontracted works across different construction methods, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm pricing and technical details.
  • Prepare and present estimates, budgets and tender submissions to support project decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications

We seek a highly skilled Construction Estimator with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, and knowledge of residential building and construction processes.

Essential Qualifications
  • Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in estimating/scheduling residential construction roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
