Job Overview

The Facility Manager plays a key role in delivering asset maintenance management and compliance for QEII. They produce recommendation reports to enhance building performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering the reactive, corrective, and planned maintenance strategy and contractual obligations.
  • Leading operational delivery of facilities management services at the QEII Medical Centre Car Park.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, performance standards, and stakeholder expectations through effective leadership and service management.
  • Managing staff rosters, resolving HR issues on-site, and maintaining required clearances.
  • Implementing approved modifications and escalating operational issues requiring project coordination or state involvement.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualifications in Building Services, Facility Management, or Asset Management.
  • Experience in Operations Management of diverse Social Infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of ISO55000 principles and operational implementation.
  • Experience in managing, estimating, programming, planning, design, delivery of FM projects and building works.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
