About the job : Senior Product Manager - Credit Cards Location : Sydney (hybrid, 50%) Duration : 12 months (220 days capped) Start Date : ASAP The Credit Cards team manages the end-to-end suite of credit card products.
The team includes squads responsible for product development, acquisition, portfolio growth, loyalty programs, and process improvements.
The goal is to deliver highly desirable, viable, and reliable credit card products to the target market.
As a member of the Credit Card Products squad, you will play a key role in transforming credit card products to enhance profitability and business growth.
You will support and lead the development of integrated strategies and oversee the implementation of key initiatives.
Your main responsibility will be to lead and coordinate multiple streams within the credit card product squad.
Key responsibilities include : Product management : Oversee all credit card products in the portfolio.
Strategic Roadmap & Delivery : Contribute to the squad's credit card roadmap and ensure end-to-end delivery, managing dependencies across squads.
Market research and analytics : Identify trends, customer needs, regulations, and analyze the competitive landscape.
Risk management : Proactively manage risks, perform regular controls, identify issues, escalate when necessary, and implement remediation.
Customer experience : Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits, and digital interfaces.
Collaborate within the product team and broader business to provide insights on performance and challenges.
Compliance : Ensure all credit card products meet regulatory requirements.
Performance analysis : Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities.
We want to hear from you if you have : Strong knowledge of credit card products; experience managing banking products is highly regarded.
Proven delivery experience.
The ability to think strategically and execute initiatives quickly to generate business value.
Experience delivering results in an Agile environment.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights for decision-making.
A risk mindset : proactively identify, understand, discuss, and act on current and future risks.
