Senior Credit Card Product Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of innovative credit card products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills, as well as experience in retail banking or cards product management.
This role requires collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams for successful launches, monitoring industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitiveness.
A key aspect of this position is enhancing customer experience across features, benefits, and digital channels.
- Experience in retail banking or cards product management (5+ years)
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Delivery across cross-functional squads, compliance, and regulatory initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Exposure to scheme compliance (Visa/Mastercard), digital wallets, or platform migrations is highly regarded
