Lead Product Manager, Credit Card Products

The Lead Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving profitability and business growth for our suite of credit card products. This is an exciting opportunity to transform the product portfolio by delivering integrated strategies and implementing key initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Deliver end-to-end management of all credit card products in the portfolio.
  • Strategic Roadmap & Delivery: Contribute to the squad's credit card roadmap of deliverables and end-to-end delivery, including managing cross-squad dependencies.
  • Market Research & Analytics: Identify trends, customer breakpoints, regulations, and competitive landscapes.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage risks, including performance of regular controls, identification of issues, escalation, and swift resolution of issues, including remediation.
  • Customer Experience: Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits, and digital experiences.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader business to provide insights into business performance and challenges.
  • Compliance: Ensure that credit cards comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and customer complaints to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
