Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product discovery and delivery of credit card products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop strategic roadmaps for product enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services
  • Credit cards, payments product management experience preferred
  • Delivery experience is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills
  • Thought leadership and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to act as a change leader in supporting transformational activities
  • Experience dealing with complex operational environments
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to present confidently to leadership
  • Delivery experience: Concept evaluation, strategy formulation, user story writing, business verification testing
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
  • Risk awareness and proactive identification of risks
  • Tertiary degree in Engineering, Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting or related field
